Trimec Machinery Manufaturing Pvt. Ltd. owes much of its success to the unique personality and business philosophy of its founder - the late D.N. Yadavji.

Dukharan Jawar Yadav, popularly known as D. N. Yadavji, had become a living legend in the medium scale sector of Indian industry. And he was a brilliant maverick, a high school dropout from Sarsole in Uttar Pradesh, Varanasi District, who had conformists and other traditional competitors in a tizzy with his brand of management where the only things that mattered were results and benefits for his clients and suppliers.

Yadavji began his career at 24, working for Bal Associate, and later became its manger. In 1977-78, he set up a small scale unit which, in due course of time, became what now is Trimec.

The Late Yadavji

In 1987, Yadavji raised the volume capacity of his unit and by the end of 1989, Trimec Machinery Pvt. Ltd. was born. Thanks to his farsightedness and meticulousness, Trimec operations ensured value addition at every stage in producing machinery items. Also, Trimec now boasts of one of the better and more efficient marketing networks in the Indian tyre industry.

Yadavji may have gone, but Trimec has always tried its best to live up to the high standards he set for the company. That included the challenge of increasing its range of tyre machinery and maintaining its reputation in the industry. The three hardworking sons, Mr. J. D. Yadav, Mr. M.D. Yadav, and Mr. V.D. Yadav, have shouldered this challenge admirably well. A close-knit family, the Yadavs continue their business and dealings as one unit in all their ventures - old and new.

"If Trimec makes better machinery, it will always remain an outstanding company," so said the Late Yadavji. The siblings are trying to do precisely that.
