  Construction Features  
 

Machine Housing
Incorporates main shaft made of Alloy Steel, hardened and ground, duly supported on Antifriction bearings, Brake quill is supported on phosphorous bronze bushes.

Auto Ply/tread Stiticher
Activated through push button and powered with 0.37 KW Geared Motor and lead screw supported on antifriction bearings. Stritcher rollers at zero position have an overlap to prevent air trap in plies. Auto change over from HIGH to MEDIUM to LOW (2/3 pressure system) during tread stitching provided.

Auto Bead Setter
Actuated through foot valve, movement of both RH and LH bead setters is synchronized. RH/LH bead setters are guided to ensure concentricity with drum and bead rings are supported on antifriction bearings to facilitate smooth rotation with drum. When full bead setting pressure is developed in Cylinder and sensed through pressure switch, the drum rotation is automatic to facilitate flipper stitching.

Auto Drum Expand and Collapse

Main Drive Motor
Two speed AC Motor with plugging switch and thermistor embedded in windings, suitable for frequent inching operations. Starts/stops, reversal duty requirements of tyre building machines.

Includes single revolution mechanism, auto ply turning, ply turning lever for turning around bead, electrical panel, pneumatics, footvalve, foot pedals.

Safety provision: Electrical Emergency, foot switches / valves with protection covers, guards.
